How to add 'Friendly Name' field to edit object forms.
If you need to show the Friendly Names field on your object edit forms.
It's possible by going to the list and editing it. Open the 'Other Options' tab, and tick the 'Friendly Name in Main', tick box.
Your object editing form will then have an additional field for the setting the friendly name of the object. Like the below form.
