Adds Bootstrap Pill Selector

This works the same as the {TABS()} feature but displays the tabs along the top as Pills

You can also use the command VPILLS and END_VPILLS to add Vertical Pills down the left side instead.

You can add additional Pills by using the TAB command between the {PILLS} and {END_PILLS} command.

This command requires an {END_PILLS} command.
