INIT
This is primarily designed for use with peoples names, it generates their initials.
i.e. It will change "John Andrew" into "J A"
This command can have an {END_INIT} command.
In this case, the string in-between will replace the first parameter and the format will be {INIT} string {{END_INIT(parameters 2 onwards)}
This is particularly useful if the string is particularly long or contains commas.
