On the reminders page you can view your reminders or set a reminder relating to a Company, Contact, Product or Order. Current Reminders are viewed in a List.

The List presents the Communication Record number, Type, Company Record code, Contact, Product, and the Date and Time the Reminder was set. Below the details, the content of the reminder is visible. You can also click on the Communication record number to view the Communication Record in further details.

  1. To add an additional communication, click the  icon.
  2. You can set the Date and Time and Communication Type at the top of the page.
  3. Below this you can set Reminder options including whether to set a flag, the Reminder Time, and the Reminder User.
  4. Then you can proceed to entering the communication text.
  5. Finally, at the bottom of the page you just need to set the Product, Company, and Order.
  6. Click the button to save your reminder.
